TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE (updated on 24/07/24)

Thank you for your consideration in purchasing a Knight Rubber Wear Bespoke Item. I would like to draw your attention to these terms and conditions set out by Knight Rubber Wear.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1) Knight Rubber Wear DO NOT accept returns or refunds on Bespoke items such as made to order and made to measure products, this is determined on your invoice.  For further information regarding this contract please review The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) set out by government legislation.

2) If you receive your product and it is found to be faulty, or damaged, you must notify Knight Rubber Wear within 14 days of receipt of your product. If the product is found to have been used, washed, marked, or damaged you will not receive a refund for this item. We do not accept refunds or returns on intimate items or items that pose a hygiene safety risk (for example gags/dildos). If you choose to return the item that has been found to be faulty or damaged, you will be required to pay for any shipping or posting costs. For any items that are returned we would request that you retain proof of postage and tracking number to minimise any difficulties or obstacles relating to postage. Knight Rubber wear cannot accept responsibility for any disputes relating to postage or delivery, and we ask you to take this up with the parcel broker that you have instructed to return an item. We would request that the product being returned is packaged, securely sealed, and labelled correctly as NO refund will be given if product arrives damaged. Refunds on products will not be issued until the product has been received and noted to have a fault or is damaged. 

Due to the custom nature of Knight Rubber Wear products, refunds will not be issued if the incorrect item has been purchased. If an agreement between Knight Rubber Wear and the consumer has been made to send back faulty or damaged good, we expect these to be returned and received within 14 days of this agreement. 

All agreed returns must be shipped to: 6 Doe Hill, Lane, Tibshelf, Derbyshire. DE55 5LZ

Returns from outside the UK

​

If you are returning a product from outside the UK, please ensure that you have clearly stated on international declaration forms that this product is being returned. If charges have been incurred, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

3) Knight Rubber Wear do not accept cancellations of orders once paid due to the product being bespoke and custom made.

4) As items are bespoke and custom made, delivery and dispatch times may vary. An approximate wait time for products will be given upon purchasing an item from Knight Rubber Wear. If delivery of the items is likely to fall outside of this time scale we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of this. 

​

5) SHIPPING IN THE UK

Items that are shipped to the UK will incur no cost to the consumer as this is already calculated and provided within the cost of the product. At times we will use different couriers and this can be due to price and availability. If you are requiring your delivery to be delivered by a specific courier, you will need to make us aware of this at purchase. Any costs for using a specific courier that are far greater than the reasonable amount that would be expected to paid will incur a charge at your expense. 

Prior to shipping, you will be asked to provide a clear address that you would like your product sending to, once a courier has been booked for your delivery, you will be unable to change this. Once a courier has been booked we will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel. 

Knight Rubber Wear will not accept any responsibility for Items that are unable to be delivered, and these remains the responsibility of the consumer and any incurred charges for redelivery.

6) SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK

We are a UK based business. Any purchase of products that are required to be sent outside of the UK will be charged as an additional cost upon completion of the product. This cost is difficult to calculate until completion due to the bespoke nature of the goods which impacts on weight, and size of parcel. Whilst estimates can be given for approximate costing of shipping prior to purchase, this unfortunately is variable. Payments for shipping costs will be given on completion of the item, and it is expected that the consumer will pay this within 24 hours. 

Customers who are receiving goods from Knight Rubber Wear, from outside of the UK will be liable to pay any taxes, duties, charges that are incurred upon the product entering their country. 

It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that the products they have ordered are not prohibited within their own country. Knight Rubber Wear will not offer any refunds for products that are stopped at entry to the consumers country. 

Knight Rubber Wear will not accept any responsibility for Items that are unable to be delivered, and these remains the responsibility of the consumer and any incurred charges for redelivery.

7) COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

At Knight Rubber wear we take all complaints seriously and we will endeavour to resolve these. If you have a complaint that you would like us to address about our products please send this to knightrubberwear@gmail.com. We will aim to respond to these within 24 hours.

8) PAYMENTS

Thank you for choosing to purchase a product from Knight Rubber Wear. We accept payments in full in various different forms. These are: Debit/Credit Card (via website WIX payments), Paypal, Klarna, and direct bank transfer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES- Please do not send cheques to Knight Rubber Wears address as these will not be processed and will be shredded.
